  • You may browse the site without registering an account. To place orders or apply for wholesale pricing, you may need to create an account and provide accurate true information.
  • Wholesale - account approval is at our sole discretion. Submitting a wholesale‑application form does not guarantee approval for wholesale‑level pricing. We may verify business‑related information before activating wholesale privileges.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

3. Product & Pricing

  • Product descriptions, pictures and specifications are for reference only. We strive for accuracy but minor colour or detail differences may exist.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the valid price for your order.
  • Wholesale prices are only available for approved wholesale‑account holders. Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with certain retail discount codes.

4. Order & Payment

  • When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We confirm contract acceptance when we send you an order‑confirmation email.
  • All payments must be completed before order processing. We use secure third‑party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit‑card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including incorrect pricing information, suspected fraud or stock‑out situations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays or stock circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage of goods transfers to you once goods are handed over to the shipping courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return Policy page for full return‑and‑refund rules. In short: goods must be returned in unused original condition within the specified return window. Customer may bear return‑shipping cost unless items arrive defective or wrong.
